About the Role
As a Plumbing Technician & Support Professional, you will be responsible for repairing TOTO products in the field, handling inbound customer calls, managing email and chat queues, and visiting showrooms to build relationships. You will also be required to travel for inspections and repairs across the USA and Canada, while adhering to company policies and maintaining safety standards.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years mechanically related experience (Plumbing / HVAC / Electronic Repairs).
- Ability to use Windows platform and related programs.
- Basic mathematical and measurement skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with plumbing or HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with customer service practices.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions.
