Summary
Harbor is seeking a Job Developer to join their Toledo team. The role involves providing job development services to clients linked with funding sources, including contacting employers and actively developing job opportunities.
About the Role
As a Job Developer, you will be responsible for documenting job development services, marketing Harbor's services, developing relationships with local employers, educating employers on ADA accommodations, and providing job coaching services. You will assist clients in resume development, job applications, and interview skills, while ensuring accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred, plus 1 year sales/marketing experience, or Associate’s degree plus 1 year vocational rehabilitation experience, or 3 years successful sales, marketing, or job recruitment experience.
- Proven success in sales and establishing business-to-business relationships.
- Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Word.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with OOD and BWC guidelines.
- Experience in job development or vocational rehabilitation.
