- 3+ years’ experience in commercial lines insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Active DOI P&C License
- Knowledge of AMS360 OR Epic system or similar agency management system
- Good listening skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of commercial insurance and products
- Located in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones
- Professional designation in insurance
