About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
- Experienced knowledge in carpentry, including partition framing, installation of cabinetry, and doors/windows.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical work.
Preferred:
- Experience providing job proposals and quotes.
- OSHA 10hr certification or willingness to complete it within 3 months of employment.
