- Licensed in Minnesota as a Journeyman Electrician.
- Solid background in the electrical trade, ideally in the residential new construction sector.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with deep knowledge of electrical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand local building codes.
- Skilled in the safe use of tools and equipment of the trade.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience in residential new construction projects.
- Proficiency in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
