About You
Required:
- 10 years in banking, wealth management, or financial services, focusing on affluent clients.
- 5 years of experience in recruiting, developing, and coaching professionals for affluent client services.
- Strong capability to cultivate a client-centric culture prioritizing personalized service.
- Proven track record in business development with strategic clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.
Preferred:
- College degree or military equivalent preferred.
