Summary
All Native Group, The Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc. is seeking a Jr Business Operations Analyst 3 to provide comprehensive administrative, records management, and operational support to Directorate/Division leadership within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
About the Role
As a Jr Business Operations Analyst 3, you will be responsible for records and file management, personnel in/out processing, operational policy support, executive and directorate support, time and attendance reporting, inter-office coordination, action tracking, correspondence and document creation, conference room and meeting support, supply and office management, classified material handling, and serving as a point of contact for administrative queries.
About You
Required:
- At least two (2) years of relevant administrative or office support experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, with ability to draft and edit professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience with Visio.
