About the Role
As a Jr Loan On-Boarding Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing loan documents for lien perfection, on-boarding promissory notes, tracking recordings, processing payments, and reconciling general ledger transactions. You will also maintain professional business relations with bank personnel and ensure that required documentation is complete and accurate.
About You
Required:
- High School graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in credit, loan servicing or administration operations covering 3+ years’ experience in loan covenant perfection.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a financial institution.
- Time management skills.
