Hawai`i State Judiciary is seeking a Judicial Clerk III to join their team in Wahiawa, Oahu. The role involves performing a variety of court clerical work in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of court records.
About the Role
As a Judicial Clerk III, you will be responsible for clerical duties related to court records for various court divisions, including Circuit, District, Family, Land/Tax Appeal, or Appellate Courts. Your tasks will include examining, preparing, and processing legal forms and documents, as well as maintaining accurate court records.
About You
Required:
Graduation from high school or equivalent.
Two (2) years of general clerical work experience.
Six (6) months of work experience in a court, legal, criminal justice, law enforcement, or corrections setting.
Ability to type 40 net words per minute.
Preferred:
Education at an accredited college or university may be substituted for experience.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or a closely related field.
