Summary
Newfi Lending is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join their team in Chandler, AZ. The role is designed as a trainee position for an Inside Account Executive, focusing on customer service and client issue resolution.
About the Role
As a Junior Account Executive, you will perform Account Manager duties while receiving training for the Inside Account Executive role. Your responsibilities will include identifying client issues, answering inbound communications, escalating issues to the appropriate teams, and providing feedback to improve client service processes.
About You
Required:
- 2 years’ Mortgage Customer Service experience or service industry experience.
- Successful track record with Customer Service.
- Strong ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations.
- Resourceful when problem-solving and able to think outside of the box while following the process in place.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and quickly solve any problems that arise.
- Know when to escalate an issue and to the appropriate team, strong skills in judgment calls.
- Ability to simplify and include all details to provide appropriate feedback.
Preferred:
- Proficient with the entire Microsoft Suite.
- LOS experience preferred.
