Summary
Ansible Government Solutions is seeking a Junior Analyst/Healthcare Consultant Jr. to support large programs focused on Innovation and Transformation within the Federal Health Sector in Malvern, PA.
About the Role
As a Junior Analyst/Healthcare Consultant Jr., you will work with the Ansible team and federal healthcare clients to develop integrated program plans and execute on delivery of programs. Your responsibilities will include supporting program planning, conducting audits, assisting with program analysis, and collaborating on business process improvement initiatives. You will also prepare materials for senior leadership and perform data analysis to measure program success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in healthcare operations, business process improvement, or consulting.
- Experience or knowledge of consulting methodologies such as change management, project management, process improvement, analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in healthcare operations analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, and PowerPoint skills.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Experience with VHA or Department of Veterans Affairs programs.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- 1–3 years of professional work experience in management consulting.
