About the Role
As a Junior Art Director, you will create engaging posts and ads with a social-first approach, ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines, stay current on social trends, develop new ideas and designs, present ideas to the team, and collaborate with others in various roles throughout the creative process.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of art direction or design experience in an agency or related field.
- Packaging design experience required.
- Adobe Create Suite expertise – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Must be a self-starter with a record of working collaboratively and quickly.
- An understanding of what works and doesn't in social media.
- The ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing your approach to assignments.
- Figma proficiency for comps, UI layouts, and collaboration.
