As a Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for providing field measurements and reports for payment quantities, reading and interpreting drawings and specifications, inspecting construction work for compliance, enforcing safety practices, and adhering to client policies. You will also exercise ethical decision-making regarding company resources and conduct.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or three years of experience in civil engineering or a closely related field.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety, and drug/alcohol policies.
Preferred:
- Any Level NICET certification.
- Current NECEPT-Bituminous and ACI/PennDOT Concrete field technician.
- Experience with PennDOT, Allegheny County, and/or Port Authority of Allegheny County.
