About the Role
As a Junior Operations Lead, you will report directly to the Operations Director or Sales Execution Manager. Your responsibilities will include following up on variances, cash shortages, audits, and loss investigations. You will also coach and train field personnel, troubleshoot operational concerns, and develop relationships with store contacts to enhance productivity. Additionally, you will analyze operational reports, ensure asset handovers, and assist with new store openings and social media marketing.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma required.
- 2 years successful sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- 2 or more years of experience in Wireless Retail.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Good Problem-Solving Skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in coaching and training field personnel.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
