Summary

About the Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will coordinate and track projects, maintain detailed project plans, monitor task completion, support client-facing project coordination, assist with billing and documentation, identify workflow inefficiencies, and leverage project management software and AI tools to streamline processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of work experience in business operations, consulting, customer success, finance, or similar operational role.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technically proficient and comfortable using modern SaaS tools.
Preferred:
- Startup experience.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or compliance-driven industries.
- Experience using AI tools to increase productivity.
