About the Role
As a Junior Recruiter, you will assist with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate tracking, supporting hiring managers, and participating in job fairs and social media recruiting.
About You
Required:
- 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle recruitment for multiple locations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a candidate-focused approach.
Preferred:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis industry recruiting.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and HR compliance.
- Social media recruiting experience.
