About the Role
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for turning prospects into evangelists by leveraging AI for administrative tasks and focusing on genuine human connections. You will own the full sales cycle, ramp to quota within 2 quarters, and build a self-sustaining pipeline through events and vertical relationships. Your core responsibilities include sourcing leads, optimizing demo-to-close rates, and developing market expertise in 2-3 event verticals.
About You
Required:
- 1-3 years of sales experience (SDR to early AE or career changer with transferable skills).
- Competitive nature with a focus on measured performance.
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
- Willingness to embrace new tools and processes.
Preferred:
- Experience with HubSpot, Claude, or other automation tools.
- Background in events or hospitality.
- Experience in SMB or vertical SaaS.
- Track record of 12+ months at or above quota.
