- Strong troubleshooting skills with full web stack understanding.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Frontend/browser debugging expertise.
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and integrations.
- Foundational knowledge of Generative AI concepts and tools.
- Excellent communication, research, and time management skills.
- Proven ownership and ability to drive issues to resolution independently.
