About the Role
As a Just Care Coach/Counselor, you will maintain a caseload of 10-12 clients, ensuring service delivery, documentation, and on-call support. You will participate in training sessions, develop treatment plans, and provide updates to referral sources. Flexibility in scheduling and adherence to confidentiality regulations are essential. You will also engage in community meetings and provide educational programs on recovery.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related field.
- 1 year of clinical experience in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting.
Preferred:
- Previous work or training in treating individuals with substance use disorder.
