About the Role

As a Key Account Director, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned key accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and retention goals. You will proactively engage accounts to drive renewals, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain deep knowledge of CES service offerings and represent CES at industry events.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy, or related field; MBA a plus.
8+ years of account management, business development, or client-facing sales experience (energy sector experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling, renewals, and cross-selling.
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills with C-level stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience plus).
