Summary
Entrata is seeking a Key Account Support Engineer to provide advanced technical assistance to customers using their property management solutions. This role is available in various states across the United States.
About the Role
As a Key Account Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering professional business-to-business customer service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will mentor other engineers, provide training, and work closely with product and development teams to address client needs. Your role will involve adapting to changing support requirements and ensuring effective communication with international clients.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years' work experience in a technical support capacity providing B2B support to Enterprise level customers.
- Excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills for diverse issues in high-pressure, complex environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate details clearly and effectively.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Industry experience in property management or related software.
- Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
