Corps Solutions is seeking a Key Leader Engagement Planning Services professional to join their team at Macdill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. The role involves assisting the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) with planning and coordination of key leader engagements.
About the Role
As a Key Leader Engagement Planning Services professional, you will assist and advise the COMUSMARCENT in various planning activities including joint-level and service-level planning, crisis action planning, and force deployment planning. Your responsibilities will include managing the MARCENT KLE Program, coordinating with various branches to align KLEs with strategic priorities, maintaining documentation and web pages, preparing trip books, and providing in-progress reviews on planning efforts.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum ten years of military experience.
- Experience managing Key Leader Engagement (KLE) programs.
- Experience in preparing comprehensive trip books including talking points and After Action Reports (AARs).
- Expertise in managing and coordinating Key Leader Engagements.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of strategic and operational planning.
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation and web pages.
- Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (SharePoint, MS Teams) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
