About the Role
As a Keyence Vision System Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and configuring Keyence vision systems, developing and optimizing vision inspection routines, integrating vision systems with PLCs and robots, performing onsite commissioning, troubleshooting production downtime, and documenting system configurations. This position supports advanced automated manufacturing systems in a high-tech production environment.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience programming Keyence vision systems.
- Experience with CV-X or XG-X platforms.
- Understanding of PLC communication (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, etc.).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and layout drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in live production environments.
Preferred:
- Background in robotic assembly lines.
- Experience with FANUC iRVision.
- Controls experience (PLC troubleshooting or minor edits).
