About the Role
As a Kidney Transplant APP, you will provide comprehensive preoperative, postoperative, and medical care in the outpatient setting. Your responsibilities will include formulating and implementing diagnosis and treatment plans, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies, consulting on nephrology and transplant patients, prescribing medications, providing educational counseling for patients and families, and offering inpatient consult coverage as needed.
About You
Required:
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid Massachusetts license and appropriate certification.
- Must possess and maintain, or be eligible for, Mass DPH Controlled Substance registration and DEA registration.
- At least one year of Advanced Practice experience.
Preferred:
- Three years of Advanced Practice experience.
