About the Role
As a Know Your Rights Program Facilitator, you will facilitate workshops and presentations, provide education on domestic violence rights, legal protections, and local resources, and adapt curriculum to meet the needs of diverse participants. You will collaborate with REACH staff and community partners to ensure programming is accessible and survivor-centered, track attendance and outcomes, and participate in training and program planning meetings.
About You
Required:
- Fluency in Spanish (verbal, reading, and writing) is required.
- Strong communication, empathetic listening, and analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Greater Boston area and resources.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive survivors for appointments.
Preferred:
- Experience in delivering educational programs or workshops.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed practices.
Benefits
- Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on skills and experience.

- Sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
- Eligible for a sign-on/retention bonus of $1,500 paid in three installments.

REACH (Refuge, Education, Advocacy, CHange) Beyond Domestic Violence is a comprehensive domestic violence service agency serving 6,000 people a year through a combination of intervention and prevention services. Our shelter, 24-hour hotline and community-based services provide domestic violence survivors with the help they need to achieve permanent safety and independence. Our Prevention and Education program engages the community and encourages conversations to generate locally-based solutions to domestic violence.
