About the Role
As a Knowledge Management & Innovation Attorney, you will serve as the primary liaison for the Corporate, M&A, and Securities practice, leading technology-driven improvements and process optimization. Your responsibilities will include identifying and piloting legal technology tools, championing technology adoption, managing KM projects, and developing document automation prototypes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client service delivery and streamline business processes.
About You
Required:
- J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in KM/innovation within professional services.
- Proven experience with legal technology, project management, and business planning.
- Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI tools and document automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
