About the Role
As a Knowledge Management & Innovation Attorney, you will serve as the primary liaison for KM and innovation within the Intellectual Property PSC, leading technology-driven improvements and process optimization. You will identify and pilot legal technology tools, champion technology adoption, and manage KM and innovation projects to align with firm goals. Your responsibilities will also include developing document automation prototypes and conducting training to enhance user engagement.
About You
Required:
- J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in KM/innovation within professional services.
- Proven experience with legal technology, project management, and business planning.
- Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI tools and document automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
