About the Role
The Knowledge Management & Innovation (KMI) Attorney will drive business transformation and operational efficiency by developing and implementing innovative solutions that align with the firm’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include serving as the primary KM and Innovation liaison, leading technology-driven improvements, assessing legal technology tools, championing technology adoption, managing KM projects, and developing document automation prototypes.
About You
Required:
- J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in KM/innovation within professional services.
- Proven experience with legal technology, project management, and business planning.
- Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI tools and document automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
