Summary
KPMG LLP is seeking a Tax Associate for their Global Mobility Services practice for Summer/Fall 2026. This role is designed for early career candidates pursuing or having recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree.
About the Role
As a Tax Associate, you will provide international companies and their mobile workforce with individual income tax compliance, payroll, and advisory services. You will serve as a direct contact for client tax and HR professionals, analyze data, participate in payroll and tax return preparation, and support mobile employees with tax implications of cross-border travel. Additionally, you will collaborate with KPMG offices globally, prepare client correspondence, and build capabilities in key technologies for client service delivery.
About You
Required:
- Must be pursuing or have completed a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university within the last 12 months.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
Preferred:
- Coursework or concentration in Tax, Accounting, International Business, Economics, Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of expatriate services, global mobility, and tax.
- Foreign language skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
