Summary
WTW is seeking a Large & Complex Casualty Senior Broker to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves overseeing day-to-day placement and broking responsibilities for large and complex accounts.
About the Role
As a Large & Complex Casualty Senior Broker, you will manage brokerage responsibilities for new and recurring casualty exposures, lead communication efforts with underwriters and client teams, prepare proposals and submissions, and maintain business relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also curate knowledge of the client's industry and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and industry credentials.
About You
Required:
- Insurance broker’s P&C license
- Demonstrated knowledge of core insurance principles and ability to articulate such knowledge to clients
- 8-10 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to negotiate collateral with an understanding of loss development and credit risk
- Attention to detail and process orientation
- Strong ability to deploy the full capabilities of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Risk Management/Insurance degree
- Large account loss sensitive experience
- Casualty coverage fluency
- Demonstrated excellence in negotiation and influence skills
- Ability to deal with difficult client situations
