About the Role
About You
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- 1 year of Labor and Delivery RN experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Experience in quality/performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
