TeamLogic IT - Renton & Kent is seeking an L1 Technician to join their team in Renton, WA. The role involves providing technical support and system administration for IT services.
About the Role
As an L1 Technician, you will be responsible for supporting incoming requests to the service desk, provisioning systems for new hires, prioritizing incidents, and performing hands-on fixes at client locations. You will also be involved in installing and configuring hardware and software, server administration, network maintenance, and providing cybersecurity protection to client IT infrastructure.
About You
Required:
College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience of 2+ years.
Valid driver's license.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Experience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016, Server 2022, and Mac OS.
Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems.
Active Directory knowledge and experience.
Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, and access points.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport building.
Good problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred:
Experience with RMM and PSA tools.
Microsoft Server certification.
Microsoft Desktop operating systems certification.
Experience with cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and deployments.
