About the Role
As a Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for specimen collection procedures, processing and sending out specimens, entering orders, performing accessioning, centrifuging, and aliquoting of samples, generating reports, registering patients, and providing basic customer service. You will also maintain inventory levels and stock supplies, and may perform microbiology sample setups when assigned to the Microbiology department.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Active Listening and basic computer skills.
Preferred:
- Phlebotomy Certification.
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
- Basic phlebotomy training.
