Summary
IntePros is seeking a Lab Data Specialist to join their team in Knoxville, TN. The role involves providing essential data support services for laboratory testing and customer relations across collection centers.
About the Role
As a Lab Data Specialist, you will monitor calls and call logs, investigate customer inquiries, log and communicate Center Feedback Reports, and enter information into the National Donor Deferral Registry. You will also perform clerical duties, accurately track test data results, generate daily reports, and maintain compliance with safety regulations. The position requires frequent interaction with internal and external contacts and may involve exposure to extreme temperatures and bloodborne pathogens.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in a laboratory setting.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to enter data accurately into laboratory systems.
Preferred:
- Prior laboratory experience.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette, organization, and adaptability to changing tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively in a close-knit environment.
