About the Role
As a Lab Operations Member of Technical Staff, you will support Wind River Linux and eLxr Linux products, manage cloud lab environments, and configure network boot environments. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining servers, managing system inventory, and providing customer support for lab users. You will also be involved in designing and documenting network configurations and ensuring safety practices while working with lab equipment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Lab Management, Electrical Engineering, or IT.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with computers, networking, lab infrastructure, and embedded systems.
- Strong networking background with L2 and L3 protocols.
Preferred:
- Experience with GPS cabling and debugging with multimeters or oscilloscopes.
- Familiarity with Confluence, NetBox, Jira, GitLab, SharePoint, Visio, and Dell networking.
