About the Role
As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for various essential functions including measuring frames, invoicing and packaging finished jobs, sorting and receiving frames, operating finishing equipment, tinting lenses, inspecting lenses, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. You will work towards meeting production expectations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
About You
Required:
- Ability to follow procedure and contribute as an individual and a team member.
- Lab Technician I: No specific prior work experience required; training provided.
- Lab Technician II: Minimum six (6) months of optical manufacturing experience.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Computer literate.
