- Registered Nurse license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- At least 6 months of RN Labor & Delivery experience
- At least 1 year of RN Labor & Delivery experience is strongly preferred
