About You
Required:
- 3+ years of substantive labor and employment experience, ideally with a transactional focus.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (minimum 3.0 GPA for candidates with fewer than 5 years of experience).
- Active California Bar membership.
Preferred:
- Background at boutique firms, large national firms, or government counsel offices.
- Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.
- Genuine interest in public law and government-facing work.
- Must be based in California or willing to relocate.
