NPAworldwide is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join their public sector focused law firm in California. The role involves advising public agency and private-sector clients on employment and traditional labor matters with an emphasis on transactional work.

As a Labor & Employment Attorney, you will provide legal counsel to government entities and private clients, focusing on a variety of employment issues. You will engage in meaningful work that impacts communities while enjoying a flexible work environment that larger firms may not offer.
About You
Required:
3+ years of substantive labor and employment experience, ideally with a transactional focus.
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (minimum 3.0 GPA for candidates with fewer than 5 years of experience).
Active California Bar membership.
Preferred:
Background at boutique firms, large national firms, or government counsel offices.
Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.
Genuine interest in public law and government-facing work.
Must be based in California or willing to relocate.
