About You
- At least 4 years of labor & employment litigation experience (either defense or plaintiff side).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Outstanding references.
- Experience handling PAGA and/or wage and hour claims.
