You will also provide legal counsel on employment-related matters such as hiring, wage and hour issues, EEO compliance, and internal investigations. The position requires a proactive approach to managing cases and advising clients on complex legal matters.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Admitted to practice in Illinois.
Preferred:
- Significant experience with traditional labor issues, including collective bargaining and labor arbitrations.
- Experience in employment-related counseling, transactional drafting, and litigation.
