About the Role
As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs, manage pain, administer medications, assist physicians during delivery, and coordinate care among various disciplines. You will also educate patients and families, mentor new staff, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
About You
Required:
- Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Current Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Current Neonate Resuscitate (NRP) certification.
- 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required.
Preferred:
- Current STABLE certification.
