- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and three years of employee and labor relations experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and ability to work independently.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related fields and three to five years of labor relations experience.
- Paralegal Certification or Juris Doctorate.
