- Strong knowledge of Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery practices.
- Deposition and/or courtroom experience required.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
- Licensed to practice in California.
- Employment counseling experience.
