About the Role
As a Labor Relations Manager, you will oversee administrative investigations into workplace disputes, provide guidance on collective bargaining agreements, and facilitate communication between management and employee organizations. You will also participate in collective bargaining, prepare for arbitration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Extensive professional experience in labor or employee relations within a unionized setting.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial/organizational psychology, business, public administration, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial and Labor Relations, or Organizational Leadership.
- Human Resources Certification from recognized organizations such as CALPELRA, SHRM, or HRCI.
