About You
- High School diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication skills - written, oral, and interpersonal.
- Clear understanding of medical terminology.
- Associates degree.
- Two (2) years in a laboratory setting or customer service field.
- Working knowledge of LIS/HIS and PC-based applications such as MS Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple complex issues under pressure.
