About the Role
As the Laboratory Manager, you will manage laboratory operations, improve quality metrics, oversee staffing and scheduling, evaluate staff performance, facilitate regional laboratory committees, and monitor laboratory expenses to meet budgetary goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Biology, or Biochemistry.
- Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) or ASCP Certification.
- 5 years of experience in a laboratory tech setting.
- Previous experience in a leadership position in a laboratory tech environment.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills including excellent communication and customer service.
- Extensive knowledge of clinical practice or function.
