About the Role
As a Laboratory Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of laboratory operations, including moderate and high complexity testing. You will organize workloads, maintain inventory, conduct employee performance reviews, and provide technical assistance. Additionally, you will evaluate laboratory systems for efficiency and compliance, participate in quality assurance initiatives, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
About You
Required:
- Doctoral, master's, or bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical, or medical laboratory science, or medical technology, or nursing from an accredited institution.
- Experience in a laboratory setting with supervisory responsibilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in medical technology from an accredited institution.
- MT or MLT certification from ASCP or other accredited certifying organization.
