- Associate Degree of Medical Lab Technology (MLT) or Bachelor's Degree with required coursework in medical laboratory technology or science.
- 0-3 years of experience in a clinical or laboratory setting.
- Nationally recognized certification through ASCP, AMT, AABB, or other governing accreditations.
