About the Role
As a Laborer, you will be responsible for safely operating and managing equipment for transporting, processing, and storing ore and other materials. Your daily tasks will include utilizing heavy machinery, performing routine maintenance, adhering to safety compliance, conducting inspections, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role, preferably in a mining or construction environment.
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to operate heavy machinery and equipment.
- Strong commitment to safety and understanding of workplace safety regulations.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions and environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
