About the Role
As the Lake and Pond Maintenance, Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations for maintenance and mowing services, lead field crews, implement safety protocols, manage aquatic treatments, train employees, maintain equipment, conduct site visits, and support business growth.
About You
Required:
- At least one year of former field experience in Lake/Pond Maintenance, Construction, or Landscaping.
- Excellent managerial capabilities and current experience in a leadership role.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and ability to interact with multiple audiences.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis.
- Aptitude to work outside for long periods in unfavorable conditions.
Preferred:
- Capability to work under pressure.
- Good teamwork.
- Willingness to travel to assist other branches with notice.
- Systems-oriented and results-driven.
